Outlook 2025 Shared Calendar Not Showing Calendar. After you add a shared calendar in outlook desktop, you are not able to select the checkbox next to the name. For this team, i cannot see the calendar in my outlook even though i am listed as an owner and can see many other shared calendars.
I have access to multiple shared calendars in outlook. My colleagues have shared their calendars with me but when i add them via the add calendar button (search via address book, double click their name, click ok) nothing happens.
